The office, known as The Old Farm, is located in one of the oldest buildings in Mansfield Woodhouse, a former farmhouse that has recently been completely refurbished. It is set in lovely rural surroundings and has a beautiful service chapel, family rooms, visiting rooms, cold room facilities, washing facilities for specific funeral rites, plenty of parking and a full fleet of hearse and limousines.

Cyril Welsh Funeral Directors, who previously had offices at the premises, was incorporated by the A W Lymn group. The branch has most of our north Nottingham fleet on site, including a Rolls-Royce Phantom VII hearse and matching limousines.
Jonathan Baker is the area manager and the office is staffed by funeral directors Andy Askew, Stacey Burman and funeral arranger Max Whitehouse who will be more than pleased to assist you during our office hours which are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 12.30 pm.
If you need assistance outside of these hours, please call our telephone number at any time and the office can be opened for you at your convenience.
The branch serves all of Mansfield Woodhouse and its surrounding area including Berry Hill, Blidworth, Church Warsop, Clipstone, Forest Town, Harlow Wood, Ladybrook, Mansfield, Pleasley, Rainworth, Ravenshead, Shirebrook, Warsop, Warsop Vale and beyond.

Jonathan joined A.W. Lymn in September 2001 after the completion of his A-Levels, previously working as a casual bearer for two years during the school holidays.
Having gained his Diploma in Funeral Directing and membership of the British Institute of Embalmers, Jonathan went to the Mansfield office when it opened in 2005 and then was appointed the Senior Funeral Director for Mansfield. This area oversees six offices in the north of the county.
Born and educated in Mansfield, his interests include gardening, being chairman of the Clipstone Allotment Association and restoration of vintage bicycles. He is fond of all types of music and reading, particularly history.
